S.XY YOGA:
A yummy, slinky, sensual yoga experience that invites you to move mindfully &amp; love on your body while building fluidity, flexibility, strength, &amp; a deep connection to your feminine essence. This embodied, feminine practice blends flowing, non-linear movement with breathwork &amp; guided meditation to cultivate deep confidence, embodied self-love, &amp; liberated sensual expression.
